At Bounce Pixel, we aim to provide trusted and secure ad account services with full transparency. This Refund Policy explains the situations where refunds or replacements may apply. By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms below.

Refund Scope

  • Refunds are available only for Ad Accounts that are not delivered or not activated.
  • Once an Ad Account is delivered and active, no refunds will be provided.
  • Any ad credits or top-ups already loaded to your ad account (spent or unspent) are non-refundable.
  • For Media Buying, Managed Services, Consulting, Creative, Website Maintenance, and Add-on Services → refunds are not available once work has started.

Replacement Policy

  • If an Ad Account faces restrictions or bans, Bounce Pixel will provide a one-time replacement only (no repeated replacements).
  • No monetary refund will be issued in these cases.

Refund Request Timeline

  • Clients must raise a refund request within 24 hours of purchase, if the service is not initiated already.
  • Any requests made after this period will not be considered.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days.
  • Refunds will only be made to the original payment method used by the client.

Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable once started or delivered:

  • Media Buying & Campaign Management
  • Consulting & Strategy Sessions
  • Creative Design & Content Services
  • Website Maintenance & Add-ons
  • Any service already delivered in part or full

Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.
