Services We Provide

Bounce Pixel offers:

• Verified Ad Account setup (Meta, Google, TikTok, X, Snapchat, etc.)
• Media buying and campaign management
• Secure payment support and credit line integration
• Consulting for ad approvals and compliance
• Creative support (copy, design, video)
• Website maintenance and technical support
• On-site set up and back-office support (conditions apply)
• Add-on services including strategy, analytics, and audience targeting

All services are provided ethically, with a focus on safe and long-term growth.

Eligibility & Ethics

• Our services are available to both businesses and individuals.
• Illegal or unethical activities are strictly prohibited.
  • This includes but is not limited to: phishing, scamming, weapons, drugs, adult content, counterfeit goods, gambling, crypto without disclosure, and other blacklisted verticals.
• If we determine that your business model falls under unethical or unlawful practices, we reserve the right to decline or terminate service immediately.

Payments

• All payments must be made upfront before account delivery or service initiation.
• Prices may vary depending on the type of account, service model, or add-ons requested.
• Payment instructions will be shared directly with clients in a secure manner.
• Bounce Pixel does not take responsibility for delays caused by incomplete or failed payments.
• Any delays in payment may delay the start of services.

Refunds

Refunds are subject to our separate Refund Policy. Please review it here: Refund Policy Page.

Note: Services once started (such as account setup, campaign activation, or creative delivery) may not be eligible for refund.

One-Time Replacement & Support

• If an ad account is restricted or banned due to platform actions, Bounce Pixel will provide one-time replacement only (per client) if the situation genuinely requires it.
• Beyond this, further replacements won’t be provided.
• We will always provide guidance and support to help clients resolve issues with their campaigns and accounts.

Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree:

• To provide accurate business and personal information (including KYC if required).
• To use accounts in compliance with ad platform policies.
• Not to engage in repeated ad rejection attempts, cloaking, fake KYC, or any activity that may violate platform trust.
• To avoid fraudulent, misleading, or policy-violating campaigns.
• To maintain secure access to the accounts provided.
• To be responsible for using secure devices and not sharing account access with unverified third parties.

Limitation of Liability

• Bounce Pixel is not liable for sudden ad platform policy changes, campaign rejections, or account suspensions outside our control.
• While we ensure secure setup and safe payment support, ultimate approval and performance of ads are subject to the policies of platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
• Our role is to provide accounts, secure integrations, and professional guidance.
• If problems arise, we will assist with one-time replacement and expert consultation, but responsibility for ad performance remains with the client.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Bangladeshi courts.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with the “last updated” date.
